Prof. Rajneesh Verma is Chief Scientific Director of GLOSTA Sciences and an experienced reproductive biotechnologist and stem cell scientist. He received his PhD from Monash University (Australia) and has expanded his expertise globally, collaborating with universities and industry, including work with Nobel laureate Prof.
Shinya Yamanaka in 2012. Prof. Verma has deep experience in captive breeding, AI (artificial insemination), IVF (in-vitro fertilization), stem cells, and cloning for livestock and endangered species.
His team has produced numerous wildlife and livestock offspring through Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and developed advanced semen cryopreservation for endangered species, particularly wild cats, chimpanzees, elephants, and deer in Australia, South Korea, Japan, Norway, Spain, Thailand, and Argentina.
Prof. Verma is also renowned for his achievements in iPSC technology and is recognised as the first scientist to produce iPSCs in endangered species like the Snow Leopard, Bengal Tiger, Jaguar, and Serval, significantly advancing their conservation.
