Holding a BSc Honours degree in Mental Health and postgraduate studies in Management from the UK, Farai has made significant contributions to mental health care while also building a diverse entrepreneurial portfolio. His ventures span the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Real Estate, Farming, Retail, and Skills Development, reflecting his broad business acumen and commitment to community well-being. Farai’s diverse educational and professional background equips him with the strategic planning, leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration and operational skills necessary to spearhead regional initiatives.

Farai's deep understanding of Africa’s business landscape, cultural nuances, and socioeconomic conditions complements his passion for sustainable business practices. He is dedicated to enhancing livestock productivity and ensuring food security across Africa through cutting-edge Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). Farai's current focus is on promoting and advocating for the adoption of innovative livestock practices that not only increase productivity but also improve the well-being of both animals and the African communities that rely on them, while engaging with various investment and development stakeholders across the Global South.
